The price of our products will be displayed in GBP and transactions will be made in that currency.
When Mr.M ideas studio Ltd receives your initial enquire and product request, we will supply you with a digital quotation. If you accept and instruct us to proceed then we will then confirm your order with an invoice sent by a cloud-based accounting software, QuickBooks.
By placing an order with us, you are confirming all the information you have provided is true and accurate and that you are authorised to make the BACS payment.
Once payment has been received we will confirm via email and your order will then go into production. This marks the start of a contract between us and you and our obligation to complete it.
We do not have to accept your order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Payments are made by BACS to Mr.M ideas studio Ltd.
Additional delivery charges will apply and will be shown separately itemised on your quotation.
Prices are subject to change. However, in the event of a change in prices, these will not affect any order which has been placed and agreed. If, by mistake, we under price a product, we will not be liable to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you of the error. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price so you can decide if or not you wish to order the item at that price.
Images of products shown on this website, and colours shown on screen, are reproduced as accurately as our electronic processes allow, but may not always represent the exact image or colour of the final product. The specifications of timber, fixings, finishes and other goods may also be subject to change over time. Due to the nature of some of the timbers and finishes used there will also be natural variations in colour and surface markings. No guarantee is given that the furniture supplied will be an exact replica as appearing on the website and Mr.M ideas studio Ltd will not accept returns or claims of any sort on this basis.
We reserve the right to amend the details and specifications of our products as necessary.
We try to ensure that information regarding products on our website is as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors which appear on the website.
We use high-quality BB/BB graded FSC plywood. However, as a natural product this can vary in grain, colour, knots and other markings. We cannot accept returns based on natural variations.
Wood can have dimensional changes depending on the temperature, humidity and moisture present. This can lead to warpage and shrinkage issues. We cannot accept returns based on the furniture being stored in usual conditions and this causing damage to the product.
Delivery services are provided by a third party delivery service provider. Mr.M ideas studio Ltd are not liable or responsible for the acts or omissions of the delivery service.
Delivery will be made to the address you have provided to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is an adult available at the address to sign for and receive the products. Delivery will be made to the ground floor entrance of the premises only. Please contact us if you require a different level of service. It is your responsibility to ensure any furniture can fit through doorways or staircases, where applicable.
Please let us know of any scaffolding or temporary structure which may impede delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery where, in our reasonable opinion, it would put our delivery personnel at risk. An example of such a situation would be where delivery is requested over part of a building site.
We make every effort to deliver your goods within the expected timetable. However, delays sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Time is not deemed to be of the essence of the contract and Mr.M ideas studio Ltd accepts no liability for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Responsibility for the goods will pass to you upon delivery or on collection. You should inspect the goods on receipt. Any damage or faults with the item should be noted on collection or written on the delivery paperwork at the point of delivery. Once goods have been delivered and signed for it is your responsible for any damage, loss of parts and installation.
If you wish to cancel or amend an order you should do so in writing by sending an email detailing your order number, contact details and requirement to arniem@mrmideasstudio.com or by phoning 0783 7457422. We will endeavour to fulfil your request. However, orders are bespoke and individually made-to-order so if production has already started you will be charged a reasonable sum for the costs incurred.
Returns. Due to our products being bespoke, made-to-order you will not be covered by the Distance Selling (The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) (the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’), which means that you are not entitled by law to a refund, unless the products are defective.
Where in spite of reasonable efforts we are unable to meet our obligation due to force majeure, these obligations will be suspended and we shall not be deemed to be in breach of contract.
Force majeure means anything beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power failure, breakdown of systems, fires, floods, civil riots, terrorist attacks, wars, government regulations or any disaster or industrial dispute and the unavailability of raw materials, components for example.
If we are unable to meet our obligations due to a force majeure event and are able to notify you, we will do so as soon as possible.
All products supplied by us are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and are fit for the purpose they would normally be used for.
All products manufactured by Mr.M ideas studio Ltd come with a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects in the structure of the furniture and the function of the fittings, this warranty excludes surface finishing.
If you breach these Terms & Conditions you will be held fully responsible for any loss suffered by Mr.M ideas studio Ltd as result of such breach and will be held accountable for all profits made from breaching these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
The failure by Mr.M ideas studio Ltd to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the Terms & Conditions shall not be a waiver of them or the right at any time subsequently to enforce all Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be found by any court to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is so found to be invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part of the provision were deleted, the provision in question shall apply with such modification(s) as may be necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time-to-time. Revised Terms & Conditions will apply to the use of this website and the sale and purchase of goods from it from the date of the publication of the revised Terms & Conditions on this document/web page.
